STUDIES AND ASSESSMENTS

  • Comprehensive Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs).
  • Develop detailed baseline studies to underpin ESIAs.
  • Perform rigorous environmental diagnostics of project sites.
  • Pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to guide strategic decision-making.

PERMIT PROCESS AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

  • Provide expert evaluations of environmental and social regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee the entire permitting process for construction and operation in compliance with MARN regulations.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of feasibility permits from relevant institutions (such as MIVI, MINSAL, MAG, MICULTURA, and municipal authorities).
  • Perform thorough environmental and social due diligence assessments.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

  • Implement Social and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS) at corporate and project-specific levels.
  • Develop customized social and environmental action plans, including:

– Gender inclusion strategies.
– Critical habitat assessments.
– Bespoke plans tailored to project-specific requirements.

ONGOING CONSULTANCY

  • Provide ongoing environmental consultancy services across all project stages:
